If you are ready to update a tired looking kitchen or bathroom, or want to re-think the living space of your home, I have access to the most current stone, tile, flooring and cabinets, with price points to meet varying budgets.

STAGING + RESALE CONSULTING

In today's real estate market, almost all home buyers begin their search online, so it is imperative to have a great online presence with a staged home that has been professionally photographed. I work with both vacant homes, bringing in staging furniture and accessories, as well as occupied homes where I come in and help you edit what you have, and help give suggestions on some basic improvements/updates that could be made. 

Pricing ranges from 1 hour resale consultations for $125.00 to full staging for vacant homes that range from approximately $2600.00 - $3,500.00 depending on the size and staging needs.
